Winners of the BP CEP 2011 from Huanui College at the National Awards

The BP Community Enterprise Project helps shape creative, energetic and enterprising young people. Students have until Friday 28 September 2012 (last day of Term 3) to enter.

How does it work?

Students identify a local non profit community organisation and apply their ESP learning to benefit the organisation. Working in teams, students identify a capital project they can complete for the organisation. They must put together a proposal including a budget. Five teams will win funding from BP to complete their projects, and the top three teams will win the following prizes:

• 1st Prize: An iPad for each team member (maximum four) and a trip to Wellington for the Awards Dinner.
• 2nd Prize: An iPod Nano for each team member (maximum four)
• 3rd Prize: An iPod Shuffle for each team member (maximum four)
