Financial Literacy Programme (FLP) - Years 11-12
FLP is a well-established teen relevant money management programme. The programme consists of ten modules, investigating, various topics from saving to credit and borrowing to taxation, banking and budgeting.

The focus is on:
  • Individual circumstances
  • Acceptance of personal responsibility
  • A life cycle approach to planning and goal setting
  • Financial decisions and consequences
  • Building up personal equity
  • Encouraging personal financial security
  • The lessons can be used individually, as a group or as a whole course of study. This course is direct creditred into the NZIM paper 807. Accompanying assessment available free for teachers registered for financial education.
